Moxibustion

The application of mild heat to the body, again at particular points, with glowing Moxa wool (a finely chopped herb-Folium Artemisia), entirely painless.

Cupping Therapy

Acupressure (Tui-Na)

Chinese Medical Massage (Tui-Na). It differs from western massage in that finger and palm pressure is applied using a wide range of techniques. It stimulates Qi mobilization to region Yin-Yang balance in certain parts of the body.

Chinese Herbs

Chinese herbs are an integral part of TCM. They are specially formulated in China and include Flowers, leaf stalks, seeds, and roots. Each herb is used for specific purposes and performs particular functions.

The TCM practitioners prescribe combinations of herbs (carefully selecting up to 15 from a total of 300) specifically suited to treat you and your condition. Each prescription is therefore tailor-made. The herbs are cooked and can be drunk as either a decoction (tea), or taken in tablet or granule form to get to the root of the problem.

You start by taking the medicine every day. As treatment continues, our practitioners closely monitor your progress through regular consultations, altering the prescriptions and reducing the doses accordingly. Since all patients and conditions are different, treatment can vary from a few weeks to several months. After a period of treatment, you are able to stop taking the medicine.

Ear Candle

OTOSAN cones for ear care are made of natural fabric, wax, and bees-wax. It helps to revitalize the acupuncture points, stimulate the blood circulation and to free the clogged pores. An ear candle is a delicate and non-invasive method for resolving problems of ear hygiene safely and naturally.

Ear Points/Needle (Auricular Acupuncture)

Auricular acupuncture is a microsystem technique that involves the insertion of various types of needles into predetermined points and points with altered bioelectrical conductance on the external ear.  Auricular therapy has a strong function to stop pain; often the pain will be relieved once the needle is inserted. It can be used to treat pain such as pain from trauma, from infections, from disorders, from surgery, and from tumors. Auricular therapy also has a strong function in suppressing appetite - especially a craving for sugar - which helps in losing weight.

Reflexology

Reflexology is an ancient, natural healing science that recognizes the body's unique capacity to heal itself. It promotes total relaxation and seeks to balance all the systems of the body in order to restore health and a feeling of well being.

Gua Sha

Gua sha involves scraping your skin with a massage tool to improve your circulation. The therapy involves scraping your skin with short or long strokes to stimulate microcirculation of the soft tissue, which increases blood flow. Gua sha is intended to address stagnant energy, called Qi, in the body that is responsible for inflammation. Inflammation is the underlying cause of several conditions associated with chronic pain. Rubbing the skin’s surface is thought to help break up this energy, reduce inflammation, and promote healing; it is often used to treat ailments that cause chronic pain, such as arthritis and fibromyalgia, as well as those that trigger muscle and joint pain.

Gua sha may also relieve symptoms of other conditions, such as migraine headaches, breast engorgement, neck pain, and perimenopausal syndrome.
