Shen Tong Zhu Yu Tablets (or Wan) are a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formula designed to treat chronic, fixed pain in the shoulders, arms, lower back, and legs by activating blood circulation, removing stasis, and promoting qi movement. They are often used for conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, injury recovery, and, according to Dove Medical Press, Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS).

Main Functions: Invigorate blood, disperse blood stasis, unblock meridians, expel wind-dampness, and relieve pain.
Common Ingredients: Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Dang Gui), Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae (Niu Xi), Rhizoma Chuanxiong (Szechuan Lovage), Flos Carthami (Hong Hua), Semen Persicae (Tao Ren), and Myrrha (Mo Yao).
Indications: Chronic, fixed aches and pain, particularly in the limbs or back, dark/purplish tongue, and a choppy or wiry pulse.
